  • We deliver a vehicle to the shop.
  • We bill the insurance company.
  • We offer insurance replacement rates.

We know having an accident can be tiring and time consuming.

Here are some of the ways we may help:

  • Free delivery to the repair shop, home, or place of work.
  • If you have an early appointment, we will have the vehicle waiting at the shop for you. There’s no need to come back to our office.
  • We will bill the insurance company directly, making all the necessary phone calls to get the rental approved.
  • If you don’t have car rental coverage – we offer reduced rates for accident-related rentals.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • MN residents need at least liability insurance; non-residents need full coverage insurance, or liability and the purchase of Acar’s RCP (Renters Collision Protection).
  • Credit card listed on file.
  • Insurance replacement rentals are restricted to a 200-mile radius.

    Loaner vehicles giving you a headache?  

    • We work with 40+ repair shops across the northland.
    • We will deliver the rental right to your repair facility.
    • If your customer needs a vehicle early in the morning, we will drop one off the night before.
    • We will make all the necessary insurance calls to set the rental up.
